Cancellation Policy
Mane & Abel asks that you give 48 hours to cancel services. This allows stylist enough time to adjust/make changes to an opening in schedule. If failure to do so, there will be a charge of 50% of total booked service to card on file. If client gives zero notice or no shows apt, there is 100% charge to card on file and client is not allowed to rebook until the no show fee is paid.
Redo policy:
This a strict 7 day notice redo policy. If you are unhappy with your hair you will have seven days to notify Mane & Abel with any issue. Mane & Abel is subject to determine if the issue at hand is a redo at all. There is no fee to correct something you are unhappy with as long as it’s within the seven days. If an issue is addressed past the seven days, there may be additional costs. There are no refunds.
